Since mid-2016, Coop has been relying on Autexis’ automation expertise. At the Pratteln site, production is fully digitalized and the control system strategy has been implemented. Automation and IT were integrated. Flexibility and process reliability are increased, and efficiency is improved.

Max Felchlin AG, the premium chocolate manufacturer, upgraded several older conches. As a long-standing trusted partner, Autexis was commissioned with the automation. What was special about this project was that Autexis handled the entire CE certification process.
Through this modernization, Hauert once again has a reliable system that no longer poses a risk for the future. With Autexis as a partner, change requests could be flexibly accommodated, and service inquiries were responded to very quickly. Maximum benefit was achieved through low investment costs and a very short production downtime.
Following extensive planning, development, and testing, Autexis implemented and commissioned the complete automation system for the new white chocolate production line.
At its Bilten 1 production site, Läderach manufactures high-quality chocolate products for distribution to other company locations. Autexis integrated a new tank farm using its extensive process engineering expertise and experience in chocolate production.
The Digital Factory Platform, Autexis’ MES, supports employees at the Swiss chocolate producer in their day-to-day work. Thanks to end-to-end digitalization of shop-floor processes, new standards are being set in terms of efficiency and sustainability.
