Einführung eines OEE-Cockpits bei MIFA (Produktionswerk der Mibelle)In a first phase, the Mibelle Group decided to introduce SAP MII to two production lines and to gain initial experience in relation to introducing the production dashboard. Two filling lines (food line – butter/margarine container line, and non-food line – bag filling line for nutrition) were connected to the MES via the Wonderware control system and the Siemens S7-1200 controller in the first phase. The order-independent KPI/OEE dashboard was implemented into both lines based on the sensor data. In phase 2, the production orders are transferred from SAP ERP to SAP-MII and the order OEE is then calculated. The web browser is used to display KPS, OEEs and orders.
